EDHA accepts applications only from professionals whose qualifications, training, competence and professional standing are appropriate to the services they intend to offer.
Counselling Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists or Therapists, Psychiatrists, Rehabilitation Psychologists and other appropriately qualified mental health professionals may submit an application for consideration. A professional title alone does not automatically establish eligibility.
EDHA considers relevant academic and professional preparation, practical or supervised training where applicable, professional competence for the services proposed, registration or licensing where applicable, experience and supporting documentation that can reasonably be verified.
Applicants must provide required identity and contact information, relevant qualification documents, experience and training information, registration or licence evidence where applicable, and a recent passport-style head-and-shoulders photograph clearly showing the face. Missing mandatory information, supporting evidence or an acceptable photograph may prevent approval or publication.
The designation requested in your application is reviewed against the evidence submitted. Professionals may offer only those services and use only those titles, specialisations and areas of expertise that are appropriate to their verified background and professional scope. EDHA may approve a different designation or restrict particular claims.
EDHA professional registration is solely for individual Mental Health Professionals applying in their personal professional capacity. Clinics, hospitals, companies, institutions, counselling centres, agencies and other organisations cannot register as a professional account. Applicants must use their own individual email address and mobile number rather than shared reception numbers, generic organisational email addresses or another person's credentials. EDHA may also be unsuitable for individuals relying primarily on life coaching, motivational speaking, wellness training, alternative healing practices or short-term certificates that do not establish appropriate mental-health professional competence.
EDHA reviews identity, relevant qualifications, the requested professional designation, registration or licence where applicable, relevant training and experience, and the proposed areas of practice. EDHA may approve, request more information, approve with restrictions or decline an application.
Professionals listed on EDHA provide their services independently and remain responsible for practising within their competence, professional scope, ethical obligations and applicable law. Listing does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership or agency relationship with EDHA or Idalia Mental Health LLP.
EDHA verification is a platform eligibility and credential-review process. It does not constitute licensing or certification by EDHA and does not guarantee professional conduct, treatment quality or outcomes. Regulated registrations may be separately identified as verified where applicable.
