edha is a platform to facilitate and deliver mental and emotional support services to individuals, couples, groups and organisations. Services also includes, Coaching individuals and groups to be able to meet their personal and professional goals. Services and support includes, but are not restricted to, all of the below. edha services and offerings may include/are and may keep on adding or modifying services basis requirement from time to time.

Consent/Agreement
By using the platform (www.edha.life), you providing us with your personal information and making a payment to edha, you hereby provide your consent to the collection, storage, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and under the data privacy laws in India.

We also collect information you provide from responses, through our questions prior to booking of service/s on our website (www.edha.life), assessments if any or the feedback you share with us or the testimonials post your respective sessions. If you communicate with us by email or phone, any information provided in such communication may be collected as personal information (“Personal Information”).
The main reason we collect this Personal Information is to provide you a smooth, efficient and customised experience for the service/s through our experts. The collection of Personal Information also enables the user to create an account and profile that can be used to interact with our professionals for future session/s. This also helps so that you need not have to key in your personal details for each session. You may change some of the information that you provide through your account page at the website.

Not require your personal information every time you visit website for next session/service
Maybe understand needs, requirements and/or concern areas
Facilitate with your bookings, as reminder of upcoming session

Personal Information – How to update
In case of any change in your Personal Information or if you need to update or correct your Personal Information you may do so by self through your account, any time per your convenience. Alternatively, you may drop in a mail with your corrections/updates or request to ask@edha.life and we shall do the needful in a stipulated time period. Further, in case you have feedback, grievance with regards to processing or use of your Personal Information, due any reason, then please feel free to write to us at ask@edha.life and we shall look into it and revert to you in a stipulated time frame.
However, in case you have provided your Personal Information to a third-party platform from which you use our services, then edha may not be able to make any change/s or updates to the same and you will have to contact third-party operator to do the needful with your personal information.
As stated above, you can very conveniently update your personal information on our website through your account which can be easily accessed by using your login id and password.
Please note that we are required to retain certain information in keeping with professional standards or by law for record maintaining purposes (including but not limited to payment history, feedback, client information, etc.), so we will continue to store this information for a pre-specified period of time as per applicable laws, even if you delete your account. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which, irrespective of any efforts by us to delete information, will not be removed from them.

For a returning User/Client, when you visit the website/portal, our servers automatically records information in/as Log data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s IP address (Internet Protocol), device name, browser type, operating system version, the webpage you were visiting before you came to our service/s, page/s of our website and service/s that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our services, access times and dates and other statistics. We use this information to analyse trends, administer the site, track your location, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, increase user-friendliness and tailor our services to better suit your needs.
edha maintains the confidentiality of information disclosed during personal one on one session/s with your Expert. Our Practitioners/Experts and Coaches will take all reasonable precautions to protect confidential information obtained through or stored in any medium with them. What transpires between a user/Client and their Expert is not known to edha. Therefore, edha as an Organization and service provider will never have any information about the communication and information sharing between Clients and Experts. To share, as a policy, we do not record any video or audio call of your session with your experts.
However, edha as a service provider conducts meetings with their experts to understand what our users/Clients want, how can we offer better service/s and how can we improvise for better user experience. During those meetings certain inputs may come up as an input to us as an Organization but no personal information is ever shared nor would be shared, whatsoever.
If there is a threat to the well-being of the client themselves or to someone else (cases involving harm to self or harm to others), our Practitioners/Experts will be obligated to share information with the clinical supervisor and others, including emergency contacts, and other people deemed fine and essential to maintain safety, including but not limited to family, friends and law enforcement authorities, or to comply with legal requirements.
If the Practitioner receives knowledge of any criminal activity, including present or past abuse of minors, senior citizens or disabled persons, they will be obligated to share information with law enforcement authorities and to comply with all legal requirements. In the event that you are required to seek a consultation from another mental health or medical professional, clinically significant information can be shared with the relevant professional with your consent. In the process of supervision, other Practitioner may have access to information and notes as needed for clinical excellence and safety. All reasonable attempts will be made to inform you before any information is shared with a third party outside edha.
Your Confidential Information shall not be disclosed or shared by edha, its employees, its agents, or any third-party contractors, including the counsellors or Coaches; either orally or in writing; except only in the above circumstances.
Except for the reasons outlined above, the Personal Information shared with edha will only be shared with others after permission has been granted by you orally or in writing.
The User agrees to indemnify edha, Company registered as Idalia Mental Health LLP for any breach in confidentiality of the User’s Personal Information. If the User accesses edha through a third-party platform the User indemnifies edha against any data breaches that occur due to any acts of commission or omission from the third-party platform.
Third Party Disclosure
edha, company registered as Idalia Mental Health LLP does not sell or trade your Personal Information to third parties, irrespective. Only in the event deemed fine and mutually agreed to share any personal information of yours for your well-being, then that would be shared. However, this does not apply to any storage or transfer to and from server/website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our portal, conducting our business, or servicing you. In spite of the security measures undertaken by us, we strongly discourage you from posting your Personal Information in forums, comments or any other publicly accessible places on/through our portal. edha shall not be held responsible for use or misuse of any information pertaining to or shared by the user with relation to its services. The user will not hold edha, Company registered as Idalia Mental Health LLP, liable for any issue/s related to data storage and/or security.
It is your responsibility to ensure the privacy and security of your email account, data and phone messages so that they cannot be accessed by third-party. edha will use one or both of these channels to communicate with you regarding a range of information related to your psychological wellness. edha shall not be liable for any breach in confidentiality, should your email or text messages be accessed by a third-party, with or without your consent.
